1. Information We Collect

To provide Value Added Services (VAS) such as automated airtime VTU, mobile data bundle top-ups, electricity token generation, and cable TV subscriptions, we collect the following categories of information:

• Personal Account Data: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and chosen password when creating an account.
• Transaction & Beneficiary Data: Recipient phone numbers for airtime/data top-ups, electricity meter numbers, cable TV smartcard/IUC numbers, transaction amounts, and timestamps.
• Financial & Virtual Account Data: Automated wallet funding references and Monnify/Paystack reserved account numbers allocated to your account. Note: ASDATAPRO never stores full bank credit/debit card numbers or PINs. All payment transactions are processed directly via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
• Device & Usage Information: Device model, IP address, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and crash logs collected for diagnostic and security purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process collected data exclusively for valid business and service fulfillment purposes:

• To fulfill requested third-party API transactions (sending data bundles, topping up airtime, generating electricity tokens).
• To authenticate user sign-in, manage wallet balances, and issue automatic refunds for failed API requests.
• To prevent fraudulent transactions, duplicate top-ups, or illegal access to user accounts.
• To send transactional receipts, SMS notifications, and system service alerts.
• To comply with regulatory telecommunication and financial auditing standards in Nigeria under ALIYU MLF NIGERIA LIMITED.

3. Third-Party API Data Sharing

To execute your purchases, ASDATAPRO transmits essential transaction parameters to third-party providers via secure REST APIs:

• Telecommunication Operators: MTN Nigeria, Airtel Nigeria, Globacom (Glo), and 9mobile for data bundle and airtime crediting.
• Utility & Biller Partners: Electricity Distribution Companies (DISCOs like IKEDC, EKEDC, AEDC, KEDCO) and Cable TV operators (MultiChoice DSTV/GOTV, Startimes).
• Payment Processors: Monnify, Paystack, and Flutterwave for virtual bank transfer processing and card payment settlement.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Retention & Security Protocols

We implement bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption for all API communications and database backups. Your account information is stored in secure server infrastructure with restricted access.

We retain transaction logs for financial audit compliance as required by Nigerian law. Personal profile data is retained as long as your account remains active.

5. Account & Data Deletion Rights

In accordance with Google Play Store User Data Policy, you have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

You can initiate an account deletion request directly inside the settings section of the ASDATAPRO mobile application or by contacting our Data Protection Officer at ALIYUSHUAIBU2000@GMAIL.COM.

6. Children's Privacy

ASDATAPRO services are not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
