Terms of Service

1. User Account & Security

• You must provide accurate, complete information during registration (full name, valid phone number, and email address).
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (PIN, password, and API key).
• Any transaction conducted using your verified PIN or password will be deemed authorized by you.

2. Services & Third-Party API Integration

ASDATAPRO operates as a Value Added Services (VAS) interface aggregating telecommunications and utility biller APIs:

• Airtime & Data Bundles: Data plans (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile) are delivered subject to third-party telecommunication network availability.
• Utility Bills & Cable TV: Electricity tokens and TV renewals rely on response times from respective DISCOs and MultiChoice/Startimes servers.
• Input Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that recipient phone numbers, meter numbers, and smartcard numbers are entered accurately. Top-ups sent to wrong numbers supplied by users cannot be reversed once processed by the telecom network.

3. Wallet Funding & Financial Transactions

• Wallet balances are funded via personalized virtual bank account transfers (Monnify / Paystack) or direct card payments.
• Wallet balances are non-transferable between separate user accounts except through official platform features.
• If a transaction fails due to third-party API timeout or network failure, our automated system will reverse the deducted amount back to your ASDATAPRO wallet instantly.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Utilizing stolen credit cards or fraudulent bank transfers to fund ASDATAPRO wallets.
• Attempting to breach, exploit, or perform denial-of-service (DoS) attacks on our servers or API infrastructure.
• Reselling accounts or misrepresenting partnership with ASDATAPRO without written reseller agreement.

Engaging in fraudulent activities will lead to immediate account suspension, wallet freezing, and law enforcement escalation.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

ASDATAPRO and ALIYU MLF NIGERIA LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from network operator outages, government-mandated telecom downtime, or user input mistakes.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
